The Gulf Future Industry Forum focuses on products and services for Future Industry with leading thought discussions, combined with the presentation of solutions to face the challenges for industry in the future. Supported by the Bahrain Industrial Society, the Panel will outline some of the innovative products and solutions which will enhance companies across the industrial Clusters of Gulf Industry Fair. The use of smart technology across Vocational Training, Manufacturing, Industry, Logistics and Supply Chain Processes, to mention a few.
Supported by Women in Business International, the Panel will consider issues about reskilling, capacity building of employees and job seekers for the requirements of the workforce for industry for the present and the future.
By mainstreaming the encouragement of women in industry, the panel will also look at employees becoming part of the entrepreneurial chain within their companies. The Panel will seek to encourage women and young people to work within the mining, engineering, manufacturing, process control industries and commercial road transport industries, as well as promote and encourage excellence through role models and mentors.
While industrial automation uses control systems, such as computers or robotics, and information technologies for handling different processes and machineries, the Panel will explore the products and services that deliver on the 4th Industrial Revolution (4.0).
