Supported by the Supreme Council for the Environment of the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Panel will explore the impact to the environment from the drive to industrialise economies in the region. Eco-Industrial Development – the products and policies that will take an important fabric to the protection of the environment.

The Human Factor for Future Industry Skills and Training − Capacity Building for Future Industry

Supported by Women in Business International, the Panel will consider issues about reskilling, capacity building of employees and job seekers for the requirements of the workforce for industry for the present and the future. 

 

By mainstreaming the encouragement of women in industry, the panel will also look at employees becoming part of the entrepreneurial chain within their companies. The Panel will seek to encourage women and young people to work within the mining, engineering, manufacturing, process control industries and commercial road transport industries, as well as promote and encourage excellence through role models and mentors.
